Prior to founding PacificCorp, Christopher held a variety of financial and transaction related roles that culminated in heading the QLD and NSW Acquisitions teams for ASX300 public listed and large national private development companies. During this time, Christopher was involved in over $550M of acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and new business initiatives across a wide range of assets (including residential, commercial, industrial, retail and going concern assets) and geographic locations.

Christopher has over 12 years of experience in property and financial services - commencing his career as a commercial property valuer providing a solid foundation to achieving the highest and best use for projects throughout all market cycles. He holds a Bachelor of Property Development and Sustainability, majoring in Property Valuation from Bond University.

Christopher is a member of and involved in various Property Industry bodies including; UDIA Land Supply and Affordability Committee Member, Associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI), Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV), Registered Valuer (QLD & NSW), Member of Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) and a Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

PacificCorp provides property advisory and development management services to a comprehensive and wide ranging cross section of landowners and the development sites within their control. We are financially and technically astute development consultants, who can assist landowners in unlocking the intrinsic value of their property - having been involved with acquiring, developing and valuing properties over all disciplines of the property industry ranging in value from $500,000 up to $500,000,000 for larger projects and undertaking/leading the project through its initial developmental stages to the end product. This complex process includes but is not limited to the preparation of development feasibilities/forecasting, sales analysis, financial modelling, data analysis, stakeholder interactions and relations, development approvals, project risk assessment, finance agreements, project delivery, determining the ‘highest and best use’ and negotiating with potential national and international clientele.

We are focused on generating value uplift through the maximisation of opportunities whilst minimising risk prior to development and sale. Our processes involve the provision of strategic assessment and execution of recommendations for the delivery of timely and commercially beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders.

Notwithstanding that we are independent developers, we are also involved with landowner partnerships/joint ventures/development agreements and look for opportunities with other developers on a project to project basis.
